My mother always relies on imperial when cooking, whereas I'm a metric girl. While many books contain a 'nod' to the generational changes and include a simple conversion table, they're not always that accessible online.
I've therefore added some 'translations' below, which will hopefully help you to translate mine (or others') recipes into something you find more manageable.
All conversions are approximate, and therefore not necessarily perfect. Never use a combination of metric and imperial in one recipe. Good luck!
